Q: How does the online consultation work?

A: Although online consultations should not replace physical exams, in many cases a physical exam is not required for a patient to receive treatment. Online consultations are a way to expedite a patients treatment by use of an online questionnaire system. This questionnaire is then securely sent to a licensed physician for review. It is then the physician determines whether to accept or decline a medication order.

We expect high standards from all aspect of our company which is why we only employ exceptionally qualified and licensed pharmacists and physicians who can provide you with the high quality health care you can count on. All of our products come directly from either the pharmaceutical manufacturer or a trusted wholesaler, just as any other pharmacy would.

Q: I submitted my order. Now what?

A: Your order is reviewed by a licensed physician who will either accept or reject your medication request. If accepted, the physician then process the proper prescription which is sent to our pharmacy for filling and shipping.

Q: Do you have a privacy policy?

A: Yes. Your privacy and security are important to us. Please refer to the privacy policy section of our terms and conditions for more detailed information on this topic.

Q: What medications do you sell?

A: An entire list of medications we sell is available in our products section of our web site.

Q: Are your Physicians Licensed?

A: Absolutely. Only U.S. board certified and U.S licensed physicians are used. We only use U.S licensed pharmacies as well.

Q: Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?/ Is a signature required for delivery?

A: At this time, delivery to P.O. Boxes is not possible. An adult signature is require for delivery.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to all states due to regulations. More information on which states we can deliver to is available on the order form.

Q: How do you ship?

A: Next day FedEx is our preferred mode of shipment.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: If the order has not shipped your order may be cancelled. More information regarding this subject may be found in the terms an conditions section of the order form.

Q: Do you have a return policy?

A: FDA regulations prevent us from returning prescription medications. More information is available on our return policy in the terms & conditions portion of the order.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Not at this time.
